As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I am able to offer the opportunity for working both short and long term with you in a safe and confidential environment where such issues as emotional dilemmas and relationship problems can be explored within the dialogue between us.

The work we will engage on provides an opportunity to explore and work more deeply with issues that are calling your attention.

You will have the freedom of choice to explore a specific issue or go more deeply into the influences and patterns of your life so far. The insight provided within this relational way of working will enable you to make more informed choices about what happens next in your personal journey through life.

My training is integrative which enables me to work with each individual in the way that is best suited to you.

I use imagery, dreams, myth and story to unfold new ways of seeing. These methods can give access to a richer depth of understanding and connection to your inner resources and creativity.

I am a member of the BACP and the UKCP. I have a private practice in Chesham, Bucks, with parking nearby. I normally see people weekly or more often.

Supervision

I offer individual and group clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, both in training and qualified. Phone and Skype options are available.
